📦 Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer two types of shipping services:

1. Standard Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days

  • Service Coverage: Available across most regions in India

2. Express Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 4 business days

  • Service Coverage: Available in select pin codes only
    (You will be notified at checkout if Express Delivery is available for your address.)

Note: Business days refer to working days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total cart value and the delivery method selected:

All shipping charges are flat-rate per order, regardless of item quantity.

🚚 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details shortly after placing your order.

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via SMS or email for you to monitor delivery status.

📍 Delivery Partners

We work with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure safe and timely deliveries. Depending on your location and selected delivery speed, your order may be handled by partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, or India Post.

📦 Handling Damaged or Tampered Packages

Your satisfaction and safety are our priority. If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened upon delivery, we strongly advise you not to accept the package.

  • Take a photo of the package as received

  • We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable
